1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Use an electric mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, and all-purpose flour.

        Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture while mixing on low speed. Continue until just combined. Do not overmix.
