2 ripe mangoes, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Chicken Filling:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

8 small corn tortillas

1 avocado, sliced

Lime wedges for serving

Extra cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a medium bowl, combine diced mangoes, red onion, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently and set aside to let the flavors meld.

    Cook the Chicken:

      - Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.

        - In a bowl, toss the chicken breasts with olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
