2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped

1 cup vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup ice cubes

Fresh peach slices and granola for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Peaches: Wash and pit the peaches. Chop them into small pieces and set aside. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, sprinkle a little sugar on the chopped peaches and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
