Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup granola (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional, for topping)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula, creating a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

Add Strawberries: Evenly place the sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt layer, pressing them gently into the yogurt.

Optional Toppings: Sprinkle granola and shredded coconut over the strawberries and yogurt for added texture and flavor, if desired.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely firm.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Lift the yogurt bark off the parchment paper and cut it into pieces or break it into irregular pieces for a rustic look.

Store: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
