Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for added crunch)

Instructions

Preparation of Blueberries: If using frozen blueberries, let them sit out for about 10-15 minutes until slightly thawed but still firm. If using fresh blueberries, wash and pat them dry.

Prepare Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

Coat Blueberries: Gently fold the blueberries into the yogurt mixture, making sure they are evenly coated. Be careful not to mash them.

Add Crunch (Optional): If you’re using granola or crushed nuts, you can mix them in now or sprinkle them on top during the freezing process for added texture.

Portion and Freeze: Using a small spoon or a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt-blueberry mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave space between each cluster as they will spread slightly while freezing.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until completely solid.

Storage: Once frozen, transfer the yogurt clusters to an airtight container or a zip-top bag, layering them with parchment paper to prevent sticking. They can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.

Serve: Enjoy your blueberry yogurt clusters directly from the freezer as a refreshing snack or a healthy dessert!
