1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free chocolate chips)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Pinch of sea salt

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.

    Add Coconut: Fold in the unsweetened shredded coconut into the yogurt mixture, ensuring that it is evenly distributed.

      Form Rounds: Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop dollops of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure to flatten them slightly into round shapes, about 1/2 inch thick. You should have around 12-15 rounds.

        Freeze Yogurt Rounds: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt rounds freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until they are completely solid.
