Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup coconut milk (or yogurt for a creamier texture)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Pinch of salt

Optional: shredded coconut or diced fruit for garnish

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey/agave, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.

Taste Testing: Taste the mixture to see if it needs extra sweetness; add more honey if desired, then blend again.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full. If you like, drop in some shredded coconut or small pieces of fresh fruit for added texture and flavor.

Insert Sticks: Place the popsicle sticks into the molds, making sure they stand upright. If your molds are too full, you may want to give them a little space to expand as they freeze.

Freeze: Freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid. For best results, leave them in overnight.

Remove from Molds: To release the frozen pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds or gently twist the molds to loosen the pops.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately on a hot day or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
