Ingredients

2 cups ripe peaches (peeled, pitted, and diced)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

Silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin molds

Instructions

Prepare the Peaches: Start by washing, peeling, pitting, and then dicing the ripe peaches into small, manageable pieces. Make sure they are sweet and juicy for the best flavor!

Blend the Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the diced peaches, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy mixture. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.

Fill the Molds: Carefully pour the peach yogurt mixture into the silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin molds, filling them to just below the rim. Leave a little room for expansion as they freeze.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle a small amount of granola on top of each yogurt bite to add some crunch texture after freezing.

Freeze Until Solid: Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.

Remove and Serve: Once frozen, carefully pop the yogurt bites out of the molds. You may need to briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds to help them release.

Storage: Store the frozen yogurt bites in an airtight container or a resealable freezer bag in the freezer for up to one month.

Enjoy: Serve the frozen yogurt bites as a refreshing snack or dessert on a hot day. Perfect for kids and adults alike!
