Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

1-2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder (adjust based on preference)

A pinch of sea salt

Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) for topping

Mini silicone molds or ice cube trays

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, matcha powder, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and smooth. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary.

Fill the Molds: Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill your mini silicone molds or ice cube trays with the yogurt mixture. Make sure to leave a little space at the top, as the mixture may expand slightly when freezing.

Add Toppings: If desired, add fresh berries on top of each yogurt bite. You can gently press them into the yogurt mixture to secure them in place.

Freeze: Place the molds or trays in the freezer and allow the yogurt bites to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Release the Bites: Once frozen, carefully pop the yogurt bites out of the molds or trays. You may need to run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release them.

Serve: Enjoy the frozen vanilla matcha yogurt bites immediately, or store them in a sealed container or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Optional Garnish: Before serving, dust a little extra matcha powder on top for an extra pop of flavor and color.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 4-6 hours (includes freezing) | Servings: Approximately 12-15 bites
