Ingredients

4 cups ripe watermelon, cubed and seeds removed

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness of the watermelon)

1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed for the best flavor)

Optional: chopped mint leaves for added freshness

Optional: Popsicle molds or small plastic cups and wooden sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: Start by cutting the watermelon into small cubes. Make sure to remove any seeds. If you have a seedless watermelon, that's even better!

Blend the Mixture: In a blender or food processor, combine the watermelon cubes, honey or agave (if using), and lime juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste & Adjust: Taste the watermelon mixture. If you feel it needs more sweetness, add a bit more honey/agave and blend again. For a refreshing twist, fold in some chopped mint leaves once blended.

Fill the Molds: Pour the smoothie-like mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing. Alternatively, you can use small plastic cups.

Insert Sticks: If using molds, insert the popsicle sticks right in the center. If using cups, you can place the sticks in the center, ensuring they are securely standing upright.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold the Pops: Once frozen, carefully run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the pops. If using cups, gently pull away the sides of the cup to remove the pop.

Serve & Enjoy: Serve the frozen watermelon pops immediately as a delicious and refreshing treat on a warm day!
