1 cup mini pretzels, crushed

Prepare the Yogurt Mix: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

    Add Crunch: Gently fold in the crushed pretzels and nuts (if using) into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed.
