Ingredients

4 large ripe oranges

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

1 cup granola or crushed nuts (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Oranges: Start by washing the oranges thoroughly. Cut each orange into thick slices, about 1/2 inch wide, and set aside.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon (if using). Stir until well blended. This mixture will give your yogurt a sweet and flavorful touch.

Dip the Orange Slices: Take each orange slice and dip it into the yogurt mixture, coating both sides evenly. Allow excess yogurt to drip off.

Add the Crunch: Once coated, place the dipped orange slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle granola or crushed nuts on top of each slice for added texture and crunch.

Freeze the Slices: Put the baking sheet in the freezer and let the orange slices freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt is solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the slices from the freezer and let them sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, and serve immediately.

Enjoy the Treat: These frozen yogurt-dipped orange slices are perfect as a refreshing snack, a party appetizer, or a healthy dessert!
