Ingredients

4 large ears of fresh corn, husked and cleaned

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Make the Garlic Butter: In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are seamlessly blended.

Coat the Corn: Generously brush each ear of corn with the garlic butter mixture. Make sure to coat all sides for maximum flavor.

Grill the Corn: Place the buttered corn directly on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even charring. The corn should be tender and slightly charred all around.

Final Touch: Once grilled, remove the corn from the grill and brush any remaining garlic butter on the hot corn for extra flavor.

Serve: Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the corn.
