2 lobster tails, split

8 large sea scallops, patted dry

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Prepare the Lobster Tails:
