4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

1 medium yellow squash, sliced into half-moons

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Foil: Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, about 12x18 inches each. This will create individual packets for each salmon fillet.

      Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until mixed.

        Assemble the Packs:

          - Place a salmon fillet in the center of each piece of foil.

            - Divide the cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and yellow squash evenly among the four packets, layering them around the salmon.
