1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the potatoes: In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
