Ingredients

For the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized cubes)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Oil for frying (canola or olive oil)

For the Creamy Pasta:

8 ounces pasta of your choice (fettuccine or penne works well)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for serving)

1 tablespoon butter

2 cloves garlic (minced)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Bites:

    - In a shallow bowl, combine the flour with paprika, salt, and black pepper.

      - In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.

        - In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and dried Italian herbs.

          - Dip each chicken cube first into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure they are evenly coated.

            Fry the Chicken Bites:

              - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

                - Once hot, add the chicken bites in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.

                  - Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

                    Cook the Pasta:

                      - While frying the chicken, cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

                        Make the Creamy Sauce:

                          - In the same skillet used for the chicken (remove excess oil if necessary), melt butter over medium heat.

                            - Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

                              - Slowly add the heavy cream, stirring continuously until warmed through.

                                - Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until the sauce is creamy and well combined.

                                  Combine Pasta and Sauce:

                                    - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta.

                                      Serve:

                                        - On each plate, serve a generous portion of creamy pasta topped with the garlic Parmesan chicken bites.

                                          - Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
