2 cups penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme mix)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional for freshness)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions—usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not burnt.

        Make it Creamy: Pour in the heavy cream and stir in ¾ cup of Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally until the cheese is mostly melted and the sauce thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).
