2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite variety)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup fresh coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)

1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. During the last few minutes of grilling, baste the chicken with BBQ sauce.

      Slice the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes. Then slice the chicken into thin strips.
