Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

4 large Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried

1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier option)

Optional: Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Optional: Freshly cracked black pepper for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to create a marinade.

      - Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, coating them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and let sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

        Grill the Chicken:

          - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill.

            - Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

              - Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

                Prepare the Wrap:
