For the Grilled Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lime

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional, for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

For Assembly:

4 large tortillas (whole wheat, spinach, or your choice)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 avocado, sliced

Sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, ground cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, coating them well in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.

      Prepare the Mango Salsa:

        In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently, then cover and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

          Grill the Chicken:

            Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.

              Assemble the Wraps:

                Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable. On each tortilla, layer the shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, grilled chicken strips, and top generously with the mango salsa.

                  Serve:

                    Roll up the wraps tightly and secure with a toothpick if needed. Optionally, top with a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
