1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lime

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup mango salsa (store-bought or homemade)

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the grill.

    Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high. If using a grill pan, preheat it over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.

      Grill the Shrimp: Once the grill is hot, place the marinated shrimp on skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes prior). Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let them rest for a moment.

        Warm the Tortillas: On the grill or a skillet, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.
