4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or a dish, and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
