Ingredients

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Cooking spray or parchment paper (for lining the baking sheet)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it lightly with cooking spray.

Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into squares about 3x3 inches.

Assemble the Pizza Bombs: Place about one tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each square of dough. Top the cheese with 2-3 slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle each with a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold each corner of the dough square to the center, pinching the seams to seal the cheesy filling inside. Make sure there are no openings.

Prepare for Baking: Place the sealed pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if using.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pizza bombs are golden brown and puffed up.

Serve & Enjoy: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
