8 chicken drumsticks

3 tablespoons olive oil

Juice and zest of 2 large lemons

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons dried oregano

2 teaspoons dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.

    Prepare the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined to form a marinade.

      Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl, making sure they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
