1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans recommended)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Make the Crust: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust layer.

      Layer the Coconut: Evenly sprinkle the shredded coconut over the graham cracker crust, pressing it down lightly to help it adhere.

        Add Chocolate and Butterscotch Chips: Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over the coconut layer, distributing them evenly across the surface.

          Incorporate the Nuts: Add the chopped nuts on top of the chips for added crunch and flavor.

            Prepare the Condensed Milk Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.

              Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 25–30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is bubbly.

                Cool & Slice: Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes. Once cooled, lift the bars out using the parchment paper (if used) and cut into squares or rectangles.

                  Serve & Enjoy: Serve the bars warm as is, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for an extra indulgent treat!
