1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Chickpeas: After rinsing the chickpeas, make sure to dry them thoroughly. You can use a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. The dryer they are, the crunchier they will become.
