1 cup buttermilk

2 large eggs

¼ cup melted butter

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

½ cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

¼ cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Make the Waffle Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the cheddar cheese.
