1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

1 cup buttermilk ranch dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 small flatbreads or tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced green onions

Olive oil for cooking

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the diced chicken, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the chicken is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for enhanced flavor).
