Mini Egg & Cheese Bagel Pizzas

4 mini bagels (plain or everything bagels)

4 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Bagels: Slice the mini bagels in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.

      Scramble the Eggs: In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until just set but still slightly soft. Remove from heat.
