1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/4 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1 baguette or ciabatta bread, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Mix the Chicken and Pesto: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and basil pesto. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.

      Season the Mixture: Add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the chicken-pesto mix. Stir well to incorporate all the flavors.
