1 cup creamy peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup M&M's (or any colorful candy bits)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, dried fruit

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until well blended.

    Add Dry Ingredients: Add the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, mini chocolate chips, M&M's, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Mix until all ingredients are just combined and form a sticky mixture.
