Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup banana pudding mix (instant)

For the Topping:

1 cup whipped topping

1 ripe banana, sliced

Nilla wafers or additional graham crackers, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand.

      - Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

        Make the Cheesecake Filling:

          - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.

            - Gradually add in the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well incorporated.

              - Mix in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas until fully blended.

                - Gently fold in the whipped topping and banana pudding mix until combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped topping.

                  Assemble the Cheesecake:

                    - Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.

                      - Smooth the top and cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or, preferably, overnight to allow it to set.

                        Serve:

                          - Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Carefully spread the additional whipped topping on top.

                            - Garnish with banana slices around the edges and arrange Nilla wafers or crushed graham crackers on top for added texture.

                              Slice and Enjoy!

                                - Slice the cheesecake into portions and serve chilled. Enjoy the creamy, banana-flavored delight!
