1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

8 oz (225g) penne pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

4 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince the garlic, and chop the onion. Set aside.

    Sauté Chicken: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned all over, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
