1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set this mixture aside.

      Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

        Add Egg and Extracts: Beat in the egg until fully incorporated. Then mix in the vanilla and peppermint extracts. The peppermint oil should provide a lovely minty aroma that will shine through.
