Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar (for topping)

Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Make the Peanut Butter Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Add in the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Continue to beat until well combined and creamy.

Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the 2 tablespoons of confectioners' sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.

Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.

Assemble the Pie: Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and spread it evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow it to set properly.

Serve: Once set, slice the pie and garnish with chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips on top, if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy, dreamy delight!
