4 slices of artisan sourdough bread

4 oz (113g) fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

4 oz (113g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 avocado, sliced

1 medium tomato, sliced

1 cup fresh baby spinach

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, olive oil, garlic powder, and chopped basil to create a herb-infused spread.

    Assemble the Sandwich:

      - Take two slices of sourdough bread and spread the herb mixture generously on one side of each piece.

        - On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the mozzarella cheese, followed by spinach, tomato slices, avocado slices, and finally the sharp cheddar cheese.
