Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced

8 ounces sirloin steak, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup provolone cheese, sliced

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.

Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, increase the heat to high. Add the thinly sliced steak, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Pizza: Roll out the pizza crust onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Layer the sautéed veggies evenly over the crust, followed by the cooked steak. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top and arrange the provolone slices over everything.

Bake: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Garnish & Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven, and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top for garnish. Slice and serve hot!
