Ingredients

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 small onion, finely sliced

1 small green bell pepper, finely sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 slider-sized dinner rolls

8 slices of provolone cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and just cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté Veggies: In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and return the steak to the skillet, mixing all ingredients well. Cook for an additional minute to blend flavors.

Prepare the Rolls: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Brush melted butter over the cut sides of the rolls.

Assemble Sliders: Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased baking dish. Evenly distribute the steak and vegetable mixture over the rolls. Layer the provolone cheese slices on top of the steak mixture, covering it completely. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the rolls are golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut sliders apart, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
