Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Fresh dill, for garnish

For the Lemon-Dill Sauce:

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prep the Salmon: Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture on both sides of the salmon fillets.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cook the Salmon: Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and flakes easily with a fork. Cook time may vary based on the thickness of the fillets, so keep an eye on them.

Prepare the Lemon-Dill Sauce: While the salmon cooks, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve: Once the salmon is cooked, carefully remove it from the air fryer. Serve hot with a generous drizzle of the lemon-dill sauce on top. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Enjoy: Pair this delicious salmon with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
