1 ripe avocado

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:

    - Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes. Slice them into thin fries, approximately ¼ inch thick. No need to peel them; the skin adds flavor and texture.
