Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup fresh cabbage slaw (green cabbage and red cabbage mix)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Optional: and your favorite hot sauce

Instructions

Prep the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated in the seasoning mixture.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp: Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them for about 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.

Warm the Tortillas: While the shrimp are cooking, lightly warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or you can also wrap them in foil and place them in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes until heated.

Assemble the Tacos: On each tortilla, layer a handful of the cabbage slaw, followed by a few shrimp, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices.

Garnish and Serve: Top the tacos with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges on the side. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired for an extra kick.

Enjoy: Savor your quick and easy air fryer shrimp tacos warm!
