1 lb pulled pork (cooked and shredded)

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

12 small slider buns

1/2 cup coleslaw mix (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Pickles (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Prepare the Pulled Pork: In a medium saucepan, combine the cooked pulled pork with BBQ sauce. Heat over medium-low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warm and well-combined. Reduce heat to low and keep warm.

    Make the Coleslaw: In a small bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

      Toast the Buns: Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium heat. Slice the slider buns in half and toast them on the grill or skillet until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. This gives them a nice crunch and helps prevent sogginess.
