Quick Cheesy Broccoli and Chicken Pasta Bake

2 cups rotini pasta (or any pasta of your choice)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cream of chicken soup (or a homemade equivalent)

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Chicken and Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam it until just tender, about 4-5 minutes. If using frozen, simply thaw it in the microwave or cook briefly in hot water.

        Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined.

          Add Cheese: Gently fold in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese, reserving a small amount of both cheeses for topping.

            Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
