Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Shrimp and Asparagus: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp and asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and add minced garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

Spread on Sheet Pan: On a large baking sheet, spread the shrimp and asparagus out in a single layer. Make sure to leave some space between each shrimp for even cooking.

Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp and asparagus.

Bake: Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.

Finish with Lemon: Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and give everything a gentle toss.

Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
