Ingredients

1 lb store-bought pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red and green)

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangular shape, about 12x16 inches in size.

Layer the Fillings: Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer the pepperoni slices, crumbled sausage, bell peppers, olives, and Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella.

Season: Sprinkle the dried oregano and garlic powder evenly over the fillings for added flavor.

Roll It Up: Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough towards the opposite end, enclosing the fillings. Pinch the ends and seam to seal the stromboli tightly.

Prepare for Baking: Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg to give it a nice golden color when baked.

Make Slits: Using a sharp knife, make a few small slits on the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape during baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool & Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Slice into pieces and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
