1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 zucchini, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
