Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: 1/4 cup crushed macadamia nuts for garnish

Instructions

Prep Your Pan: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to easily lift the fudge out later. Set aside.

Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir constantly until the mixture is completely melted and smooth, being careful not to let it burn.

Incorporate Matcha: Once the chocolate mixture is melted, remove it from the heat. Sift the matcha powder into the mixture to prevent clumping. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Stir until the matcha is fully incorporated and the mixture is a lovely jade green.

Pour Into Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into the corners.

Garnish (Optional): If desired, sprinkle the crushed macadamia nuts on top for an added crunch and flavor.

Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge has set firmly.

Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares, and enjoy the silky texture and vibrant flavor!

Store: Keep any leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
