1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat for a healthier option)

Preheat the Air Fryer or Oven: If using an air fryer, preheat it to 350°F (175°C). For an oven, preheat to the same temperature.

    Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, and egg. Stir until a sticky dough forms. If the dough is too wet, gradually incorporate more flour until it’s workable.

      Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and then poke a hole through the center with your finger to create a bagel shape. Gently stretch the hole a bit with your fingers to make it larger.

        Prepare for Cooking: If desired, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, or poppy seeds on top for added flavor and texture.
