Ingredients

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 1 cup of Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Layer the Lasagna: Pour 1/2 cup of the remaining Alfredo sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker to prevent sticking. Place 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce (they may overlap slightly).

Add Chicken Mixture: Spread half of the chicken mixture over the noodles, followed by 1 cup of ricotta cheese, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top.

Repeat the Layers: Layer another 3 noodles over the chicken mixture, followed by the remaining chicken mixture, another cup of ricotta, and another layer of mozzarella and Parmesan.

Final Layer: Place the last 3 noodles on top, then pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over them, ensuring noodles are covered. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the noodles are tender and cheeses are melted.

Serve: Once cooked, let it rest for about 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
